Refunds

• Tuition fees are non-transferable
• See ANCM Fees and Refund Policy & Procedure for more information (www.ancm.co.in)
• If a course is cancelled by National Training at any time prior to course commencement, all fees will be refunded.
• If a course is cancelled by National Training at any time during the period of a person's enrolment, the remaining tuition fees that have not been used prior to the date of cancellation will be refunded.

Privacy Statement

I understand that:

National Training Pty Ltd is required to provide Government Department/s, with student and training activity data which may include information I provide in this enrolment form. Information is required to be provided in accordance with the Victorian VET Student Statistical Collection Guidelines, which are available at : http://www.education.vic.gov.au/training/providers/rto/Pages/datacollection.aspx. The Department may use the information provided to it for planning, administration, policy development, program evaluation, resource allocation, reporting and/or research activities. For these and other lawful purposes, the Department may also disclose information to its consultants, advisers, other government agencies, professional bodies and/or other organisations.

Acknowledgements and Declarations

Please read the following statements and acknowledge by signing at the bottom of the page:

• I acknowledge and agree to the terms described in the Privacy Statement.
• I declare that the information provided to the RTO in application for study is to the best of my knowledge true, correct and complete at the time of my enrolment/application.
• I declare that I will abide by National Training’s Policy & Procedures and I have read and understood the Student Handbook.
• I acknowledge that providing any false information and/or failing to disclose any information relevant to my application for enrolment and/orfailure to complete an application /enrolment from may result in the withdrawal of any offer.
• I understand that it is my responsibility to provide all relevant and required documentation.
• I understand and accept the fees, charges and refunds as stated in Section Three of this document.
• I authorise National Training (NT), or its agent, in the event of my illness or any accident that befalls me while I am at a NT or ANCM premises or during any organised activity to seek medical or surgical treatment at my cost.
• I consent to National Training or ANCM to publish photos of myself for the purpose of marketing and advertising.
• I authorise National Training to release information regarding my enrolment to any government department providing confidentiality is assured.
• I authorise National Training Pty Ltd to obtain any information regarding my enrolment and participation in any training and assessment program
• provided by any educational institution. This information may include: details of qualifications obtained, Statements of Attainment, Statements
• of Results and dates on which these were achieved and awarded.
• I have read and understood all the information contained in the student handbook including submission of assessment terms and conditions
• I understand that 90 consecutive days without study engagement will result in a cessation of study and consequently lead to cancellation of my enrolment.
